A few thoughts:
1)  I thought cat-form Ranma was supposed to be invincible.  It seems to 
me like (s)he was taken out of the battle far too easily.
2)  If Ranma is going to travel down the dark path of revenge, why didn't 
he attack Cologne, too?  She has proven herself to be far more 
manipulative and underhanded than Shampoo ever was.  From a certain point 
of view you could even blame Shampoo's actions on Cologne...
3)  What have the police been doing all this time?  There has been a 
murder, the perpetrator was ID'd by a crowd of people, and she's stayed 
in one spot for the past few days.  I'd think Shampoo would be in jail by 
now.
	I like your writing, and your story (even though I did think it 
was a happier tale when I first saw it... oops).
