Jeff, you can find a decent Win 3.x HTML editor at the following site:

ftp://ftp.agt.net/pub/cica-win3/winsock/

and the program to download is:

hw9b4all.zip

It's not huge (246 k) and it's shareware without a trial period or pop-up
messages and it's a pretty good program ta boot.
There are lots of HTML editors out there for Win '95, Mac and DOS too.
Try a search on Yahoo with 'html editor' in the search box if you have access
to it.

When you do that search, try out a program called Hot Dog PRO... it's a
fantastic program, and it has many features built-in.... but be careful,
because  you may accidentally make your page Mosiac-suidcidal with all those
neat Netscape-friendly extensions....
