It means the same thing as 'making a face'... Have a look in the Oxford
Dictionary if you don't believe me! (You know, a dictionary that spells
'colour' and 'honour' and things with 'our' and 'specialise' with the 'se'

Oh, and 'nursing' as in 'to hold gently or carefully' not as in feeding.
