Amazingly enough, NOT EVERYONE has a very big mail quota.  I start 
getting "We're going to eat your head" messages if I go over 100....

I know lots of people who have tight quotas too.  Yeah, I have a d key 
too, but that doesn't mean everyone ENJOYS having to use it on 70% of 
their mail...
