Poker Game that got moved to private email, some of these spamwars
can go privately, too.
But we have already take the Chaos War into private as soon as we can, ask
Wayne, he is the moderator of it.
That's right, i did, and i did it by responding to the *FIRST AND ONLY*
post that asked for it to be taken off. As for those who were fighting
here still, they were welcomed to take their war in as well. Besides,
the spamming I have done has gotten me courageous enough to start doing
some C&C for people, and i have now become one of Chris Willmore's regular
editors. As for c&C'ing other people's fics, well if i did that for
every fic i read (and i read every fic that i know something about the
series), people would be yelling about the shear volume of messages, and
i wouldn't have time for anything else.
I also like the spam, i think it's just as enjoyable as most of the
fic's and is another expression of an author's ability to write. And i
understand how much there is because I *DO* read 99% of the spam messages.
As for those with small mail boxes, understand that it is your choice to
be here and nobody forced you to come and nobody is making you stay. I
think spamming has become an intergal part of this ML, and if we ever did
away with it, the entire ML would be diminished. Your entitled to your
opinions, and i hope we don't have people leave the ML over this, but
this whole thread has become spam that can only hurt the ML by causeing
wounds and breaking friendships. If you think that somebody has been
spamming too much, please ask them in private e-mail. Most of us are
willing to be reasonable and may not realize the volume of mail we're
sending. Anybody who isn't being reasonable about cutting back spam, then
ask WW to talk to them or take more serious action if necessary, after all
that's what a moderator is for. But *PLEASE* let's not argue about this
on the ML anymore, it can only hurt all of us in the end.

As for spamming, I see the damages it can make now ( looks at the overflooded
mailbox... ), I've cut off my share for days ( 'cos i've too many things
to deal with at the moment ), and I won't do it again if you don't like it.
