      You mean much like you used to discuss Ryoga's? Is there a 
difference or does the old equality thing mean that only women can do 
things like this and get away with it. I gather it makes me a 
sexist-pig to even mention it! :-) 

I am not saying she is the best character or anything, but she is a
character who I think adds to the story very well.

     She's my favorite character simply because I find the stories 
that use her as one of the central charactors are more amusing/funny 
than the non-Shamps stories.

And let's not belittle the village's customs.
Just because they are different from the rest of the world doesn't make
them invalid.

It does in Japan.

      This ain't Japan!! They are considered one of the world's most 
racist cultures whilst you ( we, actually ) come from one of the most 
accepting ( Aus ).
