Very simple.  Ranma is about twenty times as good a fighter as Priss, and 
supernatural to boot.  Unlike Priss, he can fire energy blasts, smash 
through walls, and survive energy blasts without any armor.  A typical 
Ranma-Ryouga fight would probably kill Priss from just the collateral damage.

Also, this Ranma has fifty or so years of fighting experience...he's been 
fighting longer than Priss has been alive, and doesn't suffer the 
debilitation of age (Being the Ranma that DIDN'T age.)  

Now Priss's battlesuit does even this up some, by enabling her to survive 
vast quantities of damage.  However, her ranged weapons aren't much use, 
given that ranma is incredibly fast, faster than her or virtually any 
boomer we've seen (Leaving out Largo the Boomer God).  Unless she's going 
to catch him by surprise, range weapons will never hit him unless they're 
heat seaking or can track him in some other manner.  And close up hand to 
hand, he has more skill, he's faster, and I suspect he's just as strong, 
if not stronger, and just as endurant as a hard suit.  

Now Ranma vs. Largo...EEEE.  That would be another story...
