Yes.

Rape is one of the most degrading things to happen to someone, and those 
who actually do the dastardly deed should be treated to such pleasures 
ranging from a vascectomy without anesthetic, to death by hanging in the 
appropiate manner.

Personally, I'm fond of the idea of the idea of slow castration without
anesthesia.

What I think would be a good idea is strategic use of a garlic crusher
to perform the 'castration'... hopefully not letting much fall off...
just all very crushed and way beyond redemption...
