Now that would be a great crossover fanfic - Dr Who meets Black Adder, or 
Dr Who
meets Baldrick!!!

Um, it's been done. Well, sorta. Romana and her companion, David 
Letterman, meet Rowan Atkinson (playing her Time Lord mentor, Noiros) and 
Baldrick in the Romana 'n Dave episode, "Shaddap." (Rassilon's evil twin 
brother Skippilon also makes an appearance.)

And let me just say that these are some of the funniest fanfics ever
written.  If you're a fan of Doctor Who, Letterman, or television in
general (there are extensive cameos), then run, don't walk to:
