It means that someone besides me has seen Mawdryn Undead.

It's a Doctor Who episode which posits that if you have the same
person, at two different time streams, meeting himself, there will
be a big explosion of energy.

It's really complicated.  I'd watch Earthshock instead, if only
to party down when Adric dies.
