I agree, but ranting at people who MIGHT know what they're talking about
isn't the way to garner apologies and/or impress the fact of Hitomi's
kindness to the ML.

   Well. I guess I deserved a good telling off. I've noticed that I can 
be quite vicious when I feel the need to condemn someone in a letter, 
paper or electronic, far more so in fact than I ever am in person. 
   I suppose the moral is "think before you type." Sorry about that.

Hope this helps. By the way, if I've gotten any of my facts wrong above 
please will someone correct me. I've posted only what I know about 
okonomiyaki, and that's not much. Certainly don't quote me.

versions that look different than this one did...anyone want me to post the
others?  If so, I take no responsibility in their success...I grabbed 'em
off of the net a year of so back and aven't tried any of them yet...
