Sort of.  Raas was changed to raac a while ago. Raas is effectively dead.

Yes, it is moderated.  He(usually) updates every week or so, depending on
his work load.  Methinks his job ate him again.

Most likely.  Zoner's probably got a huge backlog to deal with and no time
to do it(this is not a first).
