I got the same impression (though I do not speak japanese), that the
pools were only dangerous *at the moment* when they were overflowing.
Wait!?! Are they or are they not working? I've heard both now,
from sources I consider reliable and informed. I need to know for my
latest 'fic; if Tachi Kuno #3 and an androgynous companion to be named
later travel to Jusenkyo (of ~2016), what will they find?
An atomic, frozen wasteland, of course. What else?
