I just had a thought about the title. If Kasumi's name is suppose to mean
hazy, misty, foggy and mirror seen as just devices to show various
reflections of objects, then this title can refer to either Kasumi's change
in a subtle way or foreshadow the illusion or magic of what happens (i.e.,
it was done with smoke and mirrors, she is dead, she is not dead) or I am
reading way to much into this. Or it could just be referring to the Nanban
mirror and the smoke that follows destruction and death. I wonder if they
are ticked off about that. (The Sandman fans should get that one.)
*gulp* That is scary. I had packed almost all of that into the title,
musing, "It's a cool play on words/concepts, but noone will ever get it.*
And Mr. it's Me pulls the whole interpretation out of thin air. Wow.
Please tell me exactly how you managed to read my mind. :)
