Nope. If you do that, the third and fourth no longer touch. In fact, I
don't think this one is possible.
It is possible. Trust me.
Take two coins and lay them side by side.
(diagrams only roughly to scale, all coins are the same size & thickness)

Then place two coins side by side ATOP them, but not at the centre.
