Other than Ranma being from Shaolin (Dont they only train as monks?) I don't
see much difference from the regular storyline.. sorry.. maybe some more
would be better.
For more inspiration, you should watch the "Master Killer" trilogy (Yes,
there are _three_ of them & I have them all.. no flames please), but that's
my opinion. :)

The principal problem that I see here is that the Shaolin teach patience
above all else, and if Ranma really had any patience, you would have to
find an entirely new hook upon which to hang the story....

Would definitely have to see more before making any meaningful comments...
