Hmm... methinks that he's just listed some of Ukyou's qualities, too.
She doesn't have any honour, attacking people with less skill than her,
ripping off poor people who are in love with her, bashing up others who
are in love with her, manipulating people, attacking people with *no*
martial arts abilities...

So... Nabiki isn't innocent? Hinako's-sensei's only 'crime' was to have
Ranma groping her, and running around with Ranma on a 'date' like thing
as chibi-Hinako ... Hmmm... I'd say that anyone who attacks a person
who doesn't know martial arts, and someone who's a child half the time
is cowardly, cruel and vicious. And manipulating Ryouga himself isn't
exactly 'good'.

        Sorry all, just had to defened my favorite charcter (even if it
wasn't the best defense.. ;])

It wasn't a defence at all... -_- Especially since a) Ukyou doesn't know
that Ryouga is P-chan ... b) All they do is fight or ignore each other...
c) Don't even like each other
