The end is nigh!! Two more parts. Maybe three. Then I can take a break...

I almost decided on a title during this one, but methinks I�ll wait until the
end before committing to a title..

A Ranma � Fanfic

     "Is everyone okay about the plan, now?" Nabiki asked.
     "Basically, after Ranma comes out of the Nannichuan, we all jump out,
right?" Genma said.
     "Right." Soun said.
     "Is very happy occasion!" the Jusenkyo Guide added.
     "Which one is the nannichuan, anyway?" Genma asked.
     "Is the one over there." The guide pointed... and Genma was immediately
on his way.
     "YAHOO!!" he shouted as he dove in.
      Everyone froze waiting for him to come up. A few bubbles surfaced.
"Genma!!" Nodoka shouted.
      Genma erupted from the spring. "It worked!! I�m cured!"
      "Oh! Happy day!" Soun said, tears dripping down his face.
      Genma embraced his wife. "C�mon, dear. Let�s go celebrate my fully
restored from."
      "Genma!! You old hentai you!!"
      They go back into the house. Soun is still crying.
     "C�mon Daddy, no need to make a fuss." Kasumi said.
     "Let�s get him back inside, sis." Nabiki added.     
     Ryoga and Akari watched from a distance.
     "Akari..."
     "What is it, Ryoga?"
     "Can you remember which spring Saotome-san was in for me?"
     She smiled. "I understand.. Of course I will."
    "Thank you.." He smiled back at her, and squeezed her hand.
     Nabiki, Soun and Kasumi had made their way to Ryoga & Akari.
     "Ryoga.. Akari? Is something wrong?" Kasumi asked.
     "Oh, hi Kasumi. No, nothing�s wrong. Just letting everyone enjoy the
moment."
     "That�s nice."
     There was yet another question on his mind.. "Where�s Shampoo & Mousee?
Or Kuno?"
     "Are you kidding?" Nabiki said. "Shampoo and Mousse means Colonge will
follow. We don�t want the whole Amazon tribe coming here to wreck things. As
far as Kuno goes...  I can handle him when the time is right. Besides, I
don�t want his psycho sister around.. she�ll wind up poisoning everyone."
     "Ranma will be so glad you�re here, though." Kasumi added.
     "Why�s that?" Ryoga asked.
     "You two have been through so much together. It�s good to know that his
best friend will be here."
     Ryoga thought it over. For some reason, it made sense. He and Ranma had
been through plenty together. A cure was in sight. He had found his true
love.. Was there reason to hate Ranma anymore?
       Better to think of it later, he thought. "Yeah.. well, lets get
inside.. Ranma and Akane will be here soon. It�s best they didn�t see us out
here."

     Ukyou made her camp overlooking the springs and the Jusenkyo guides�
house. It was no easy task avoiding the others at the airport. It was even
harder trying to follow them all the way to Jusenkyo without being noticed,
but she finally made it. It�s too bad she couldn�t have done any sightseeing.
This was probably the only time she�ll be in China. But there were more
important tasks at hand.
     Ranma and Akane have yet to show up. Good. She hadn�t missed anything.
The only thing left to do is wait..

    "We should restock our supplies before we go too far." Ranma said.
    "You mean you just want more food." Akane smirked.
    "Hey!"
    "Just kidding, Ranma." Akane smiled. "Tell you what.. let�s call the
Jusenkyo guide. Maybe he can pick us up. It�ll cut down our travel time, and
we won�t have to worry about running out of food on the road."
    "That�s a good idea, Akane!" Ranma placed down his backpack and started
rummaging through it. "Here it is!" Ranma came up with his father�s original
Chinese map & Guide books. "Let�s find a phone!"

    "Good news, sirs!" The Jusenkyo guide called. "Childs are in Shanghai.
The want me to pick them up."
    Smiles appeared on everyone�s face.
    "Wonderful!" Genma cried. "We�ll get everything prepared here!"
    The Jusenkyo Guide approached Nabiki. "I borrow car rental, yes? Pick
them up much faster."
    "Oh, why not? It�s insured after all." Nabiki smiled and gave him the
keys.
    "I take Plum with me, sirs. I be back soon!"
    "This is great, Saotome! By the end of the day, the legacy Anything-Goes
School of Martial Arts will be secure!" Soun said.
     "And to think, the boy is willing to go through with it!" Genma added.
     "Are you two sure?" Nodoka added.
     The two men looked at her. 
     "From what Akane-chan has told us, Ranma was depressed and desperate to
solve all of his problems. How are we to determine what his plans really
are?"
     "Nodoka, my dear. His actions show he�s going to all the extremes.. To
rid himself of his curse he decided to return here by himself. If he wants to
be rid of fiancees, he has to choose one. For his sake, he had better choose
Akane." Genma finished, fists clenched.
     "They better go through with it!" Nabiki yelled. "Or I�ll make them pay
for wasting our time!"

     
     Ranma, Akane, Plum and her father got out of the car. Plum sleepily went
back to the house. "We here, sir and madam!"
     "Great!" Akane said.
     "You still haven�t told me how you could afford this nice car." Ranma
asked.
     "Is a loan from a friend. You lucky I have today. Walking is not so
good, yes?" The guide said.
     Ranma decided to let it go. "Let�s do it, then." He said. "Akane... I
want you to wait here."
     "What? Why?"
     "There�s no way I�m gonna risk having you fall in a spring."
     "Oh, please.." Akane said. "I�m not that much of a klutz!"
     "Akane.." Ranma took her hands in his.
     "Please, Ranma. Together, right?"
     Ranma thought it over. "Okay, Akane. We�ll walk very slowly." He smiled
at her.
     Akane reached up and grasped his cheeks, pulled him in and kissed him.
Ranma returned the kiss with equal passion.
     "Sir! Come! We cure you and have big surprise dinner for happy
occasion!" 
     
     Everyone was watching from the house in shock. All except Nabiki who was
videotaping everyone�s expression.
     "Oh my!" Kasumi muttered.
     "I knew this would be worth it." Nabiki said.
     "Nabiki!! You knew??" Soun asked.
     "Just how long has this been going on?" Genma added.
     "Does it matter?" Nodoka asked. "Look at them! They�re in love!!"


     Ranma, Akane & the JG stand over the Nannichuan. 
     "Here, sir. The Nannichuan!"
     Ranma looked down at the clear water. This was so unreal. The cure at
last. He looked around.
     "What are you waiting for, Ranma? Jump in!"
     "It�s just.. I dunno it seems too easy."
     "Get in there you silly baka!"
     Ranma knelt down and looked at his reflection. A shove from behind
knocked him in.. Ranma was infuriated, and resurfaced. "Whatja do that for?"
     "Just a love tap, Ranma!!� Akane laughed.
     Ranma smirked at Akane.
     Ranma looked at himself. He was a whole man again. "I�m cured.."
     "What�s the matter, Ranma? Aren�t you happy?"
     Ranma got out of the spring. "I�ve been waiting all this time to be
cured.. I don�t know how to act."
     "How about like the time we did this?" Akane said and kissed him.
     "I guess that would be great." He replied.
     "Oh sir I so happy! Come! We celebrate!"
     They all made their way back to the house. Ranma holding Akane�s hand
all the way back to the front door.
     "We better call home and let everyone know we�re okay."
     "Is okay, sir.. they know."
     "What? What do you mean?"
     At that exact moment, the Saotomes & Tendos flung the front door open.
"SURPRISE!!"
     "What? How? When?" muttered both Ranma & Akane.
     "We knew you two would come around!" Genma exclaimed.
     "I wish you mother were here!" Sound cried, tears flowing
uncontrollably.
     "Come, Akane! There�s much to do! Tomorrow�s the wedding!" Nodoka said.
     "Wedding?" Akane and Ranma gasped.
     "Well, isn�t that the next step, Ranma?" Nabiki asked, with a grin.
     Everyone stared at Ranma, hanging on what he would say. He looked at
Akane. He couldn�t read her vibe easily. But deep down, this is what he
wanted. �Together� he thought.
      Ranma winked at her. "Well, I guess someone has to marry her, it might
as well be me."
      Akane stood in amazement. "Y-you mean it Ranma?"
      "I sure do."
      Akane embraced him so hard Ranma�s eyes bulged out his head. "I�m so
happy!!" She yelled.
      "Ak... ane... air... can�t... breathe..." Ranma choked.
      "Oh, I�m sorry!" Akane kissed him on the cheek. "C�mon girls! There�s a
wedding to be done!"

      The whole thing disgusted Ukyou. She had witnessed everything. Ranma
can�t like her, she�s the uncute one! In any case, tomorrow Ukyou would make
her move, and she and Ranma will live happily ever after.
