Then I can send it to everybody in one upload.

In order to use it fully, you need the Plus pack, which I recommend 
bootlegging
enough on-line time, I could probably provide the necessary Plus files... but 
I 
don't like messing with pirate stuff too much...

hello I would like that nifty little theme pack if it woulnd be too 
much trouble.  but I have just two little things I need to know, 
1 where can I get this plus pac thingy as I dont have it yet and well 
as you said it isnt good without it.  
2 could you tell me how to set it up?  I am very new to this windows 
95 stuff and dont know if I could do it without  a little guidance.
