Blood Bond, first of all, are Vampire:the Masquerade, not Werewolf. :)
A Blood Bond is created when one vampire drinks the blood of another
3 times. The drinker then is able to 'command' the other, and the other
is enthralled by the drinker (drinker=regent, drinkee=thrall).
