Has anyone ever seen/writen any Outlanders fanfics?

Why would they want to?

Why do you say this? Because the Manga basicaly
wraps everything up, with most every one dead and the
earth destroyed? Or have you only seen the anime, which
is very lacking when comparied to the manga?

I'm sorry if I offended anybody, but in Fort Collins Colorado it is kind
of hard to find manga, translated or not, of any type. The anime was
incredibly pitiful, and I was assuming that all versions of the story
sucked... hard.

I was not offended, I did however want to know what you where
basing this upon. I can understand if the only thing you have seen
is the anime. To truly appreciate Outlanders you MUST read the
manga. I mean the anime is only 50 minutes long. I do it properly
you would need to make 20 to 33 1/2 OVA!

ps: The Manga was translated by Darkhorse. I beleive 4 collected
        volumes are now available.
