Female.  Judged on how little they are wearing during sequence.  Bounciness
prefered.

Silver: Mai Shiranoui (Fatal Fury the motion picture)
Bronze: Sailor moon


Male.  Judged on how cool it looks

Gold: Tekno-man
Silver:  That Tae Kwon Do guy from the Fatal Fury motion picture.
Bronze: Tuxedo mask(I don't know any other male transformations)
