It took me a long, _long_ time to write this one because I wanted to show

how some of the characters felt 

because of what happened in chapter 2.  This is not an easy thing to do

because if you don't plan the 

dialogue well, you end up making yourself look stupid and you deviate from

an otherwise pretty good 

plan dialogue?  you actually plan it?  i just have them say what they have
to say and then make a few revisions ^_^ .. how do you plan dialogue and how
does it help?

story.  For everyone who has commented on this story to date I would like

to say "Thank you."  It's your 

comments and criticisms that let me continue writing this long.  I hope I

didn't let you down.

The next chapter will be the final one in this series and will finish off

the duel with the clans, as well as 

several other things.  I'm not giving away any details at the moment, but I

hope you like it.
