Nahhh this debate was held on RAA a month or so before it died.  Ranma just
has a really well developed self preservation instinct - Teasing Akane and
getting malletted is one thing, but if he ever really CHOSE one of the
girls, the other two would turn him into bean paste.

        Now the question is, if he were to choose a male character insted
of the three fiancees he has would they still beat him into bean paste?  I
mean I know he's a great martial artist and all but how can he resist all
that temptation.
