Actually, you don't need a Mac version; both Emailer and Eudora will 
word-wrap for you unless you use quoted-printable. As for word-wrapping 
manually, BBEdit will let you wrap and munge text six ways from Sunday, 
including grep-based search and replace, plug-in technology, a set of 
HTML editing plug-ins... not to mention it's the best pure text editor 
I've ever used. :) It's available in a Lite (freeware) version as well as 
a Pro (commercial) version; <http://www.barebones.com>.
