Uh, first of all, "Ranma no Baka" are *three* words.  :)

But my *real* point is, that these three words have been Akane's
catchphrase and mantra throughout 38 Volumes of the Manga and
all the Anime.  *Not* having her use it in appropriate situations
(like this one) would be pretty out of character.
