That was a great fic. Thanks.
No, thank *you*. It took me 3 hours (and 3 cans of Fosters Lager)
to slap this one together. The critical C&C I've received can confirm
that. All liked the story but really tore apart the verbage. (Syntactical
problems, don't you know.)
As long as the *idea* is good and the story flow works, I can forgive
most grammar and spelling errors. :) It's not as if *I* get it right all
the time.
Hell, I've even started a whole new spam
thread; does a sentence end with a period or comma when followed with a
'he said'.
I'd go with the comma.
Frankly, Uncle Fester doesn't much care. He's still busy
trying to write his way out of a plot hole in his 'Nabiki' series.
(Damn! I hate writer's block.)
When I have writer's block, I just begin or continue another fic.
There's always something at the back of my brain, that *wants* to be written.
I'll have to try writing something funny now to balance it out.
(Maybe, you could suggest a good German beer for that one. And NO
Bitburger! I spent 8 weeks in Fulda once and that stuff was all anyone
served there. On the other hand, I got hooked on real Cuban cigars at
the same time. [shrug]).
Couldn't really suggest any beer. Despite being German, I don't drink beer!
P.S. I've been reading your 'Ranko' series and...ummmm...you see, I
really haven't read the first few chapters so I...don't know how to
ask this.... Is this supposed to be a rewrite of the origional series
with Ranko instead of Ranma?
More or less. The first volume was a pretty straight rewrite of the
manga with Ranko in Ranma's place - only few changes. The second volume
(parts 14-26) departs from that and I pick up some storylines from the
original and figure out how they could have happened if it was Ranko and
not Ranma whom it happened to.
While reading the latest parts, I've had
this feeling like I shouldn't be here or something.
I'm not quite sure whether I understand what you mean here.
I mean, the plots
felt like what I have on tape and.....ah.....[gulp].
Are you telling me it's not original enough?

All right, then!
