Gannon/main bad guy- Herb? He kidnaps Akane.

Cologne- Wise old lady that gives Ranma tips throughout the adventure.
Nabiki- Salesperson
Kuno- I dont' know, a bad guy in a dungeon?
Ryouga- a guy you have to beat, then he starts helping you?
Ukyou- see above
Shampoo- as the fairies?
Mousse- another bad guy.
