What I meant is that in the Alternet reality, Lister Sleeps with his female
alterego and get's Pregant..or at least that's what was at the end of the
episode....I actually haven't seen if that's true...

(Nods head) Absolutely right. In that alternate reality, see, its the MALES
that get pregnant (!). So if Ranma had sex with ANY female there, he...
ahem... has a kid.
