It's my first Ranma fanfic, a crossover (but only barely) with the
Squaresoft game Final Fantasy 3. The full name is _The Four Birds of
Fire_, and it's the first installment in the three-part series "Cry of
the Phoenix" that I'm working on. The other two parts are _The Caller's
Plight_ (TCP, it's 2 Mb long and nearly finished!) and _Lightbirds_ (LB,
coming soon!)

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm the only one that likes Squaresoft and
Ranma around here! 2 MB? Lemme see... 100 page is about 100k
roughly... 2 MB figures around... 2000 pages??? Give me a copy! I'll
read anything that's FF3 and Ranma!

As I wrote in a previous post, "Cry of the Phoenix" begins with a
strange character arriving from FF3's world, looking for a girl who
drowned in a cursed spring 1500 years ago... TFBOF takes it from there.
TCP is about... a lot of things, but mostly there's a BIG crossover with
the Final Fantasy series and even Chrono Trigger, with cameos fom anime
as varied as Wings of Honneamise, Lodoss, AMG, etc. There's also a
sidestory to TFBOF, called _The Dragon's Bride_, which takes place in
the kingdom of the Musk Dynasty and relates to Herb, the monkey that he
threw in Nyannichuan and the mysterious character from before.

	Edgar? Locke?
