Actually, a couple of months ago, there was a moose running loose in Boston.
It took over 2 weeks before the police could catch it. I still laugh every
time i remember the scene that was shown on the news of no less then *6* police
crusiers chasing the thing down a main street, while its touge was lolling out
at them as though it were blowing rasberries.
Not too long ago there was a wildcat/bobcat/cougar running around in the
Philadelphia suburbs. They never did catch it, so they don't know for sure
which it was.
And there are deer occassionally seen strolling down the streets of the town
I live in.
