Sounds like everybody's gone and got a bee in their bonnet and is writing 

these things! How many people out there are writing pregnant Ranma stories?!

do folks! (I've a feeling we're about to get innundated...)

Everyone just got access to an idea that hasn't been explored a lot before, 
and they are all competing to get something out that people will remember for 
a long time.

As for me, I'm sticking with my current work-in-progress, and I have months 
worth of writing left on the series, so the pregnant idea will be 'old and 
dusty' when I could get to it. Count me out.
