I liked it.  Ranma's behavior with the fiances before the cinema
was very good;  Few manage to capture it that well.  Also, the
"Akane tries drinking" angle was built up slowly.  Not abruptly
and jarring, but in a way that let me imagine that it could happen
that way.

<sigh> Now I have to seek out _FotE_ and read it *too*.  Damn,
doesn't this pile of fics ever get smaller?
