I have now completed the final version of "Expansion Card" (after taking,
considering, and discarding many suggestions :). Those who want the final
draft email me at:

with your own email address and I will send you a copy. Be sure to mail
before 9:00 am tomorrow, when I will close my list, if you want to be sure
that you have a copy. I shall try to send you a copy after that point, but
I will be archiving the document sometime after that point, so there are no
guarantees.

I will also be sending a copy to the remailer. When the list is updated,
those of you who've missed it can get it there.
