It's in Viz's Volume 4 part 13 (in issue 7). Jeez, Viz's
numbering scheme is making me confused - and it does neither
correspond to the original Tankoubon, nor to their own graphic
novels.
Akane wonders where Ranma is, and Happousai (and others) offers to
take over Ranma's place as Romeo in the play. Then Ranma bursts in
through the window, still half-encased in a big concrete block with
chains around it, kicking Happousai in the head, before he can
kiss Akane. He breaks free of the Concrete and asks "Did you
really think that sealing me in concrete and burying me in the
yard was even gonna slow me down?"
