First mechanical stuff:

"It's his fault that we don't have enough money!" Akane shouted.  "He
insults me all the time, he's mean when I try to be nice and him and
[he and] his father destroy the dojo every time they spar or argue!"

"Does you[r] father know yet?" Tofu-sensei asked.

"I don't think so."  Ranma replied as he scratched the back of his
head.

It's very clear who's talking here, so just leave the action (and
attribute that).

Now for more general comments.

Ranma-onna is generally written as onna-Ranma (but still it's a lot
better than Ranma-chan, which sounds like the waffle woman is talking
;-)

Where's the POV?  Is this Ranma's story or Soun's or Akane's?
