Heh, ditto. When I wrote the aforementioned fic, I was unaware that an 
anime was coming out based on it. ^_^

It was based on the two Sega Saturn games, Panzer Dragoon and its 
prequel, Panzer Dragoon Zwei. The fic was entitled Panzer Dragoon 
Legende, which I may repost soon. I'm currently writing a pseudo-sequel^^
