I wish I could write this story, but I've delayed my other fanfics too much.

A Ranma crossover with ??

Chapter 1:
A new beginning

	It was midday in Tokyo, the sky shining bright with the sun's 
glow... Tokyo Tower basked in this light, its scarlet gleaming like a ruby. 
And inside the tower...
	"Stupid..." Ranma-chan frowned as Miss Hinako lead the Furinkan 
students in a tour of the tower. "Who do they think we are, grade-
schoolers? Why the heck do we hafta come here anyway?"
	"C'mon, Ranchan," Ukyou smiled, "I like being here. This is the 
first time I come anyway."
	"It's just that 'she' is in that time of the month," Akane laughed. 
Ranma gagged in disgust, "Ugh. Don't remind me..."
	She thought back to what happened two days ago. Really, she had 
thought that Herb's Chiisuiton had been lost in their fight. What a surprise 
to discover that the old water-throwing woman had found it...
	"I hate being stuck like this," Ranma said, fuming. "It's a good 
thing Ryouga found the Kaisuifuu when he got lost back there, but now I 
hafta wait till he finds his way back to the dojo."
	"It'll be okay, Ranchan," Ukyou said, then pointed at the coin-
operated telescopes on the tower's railing, "Why don't you try to have 
some fun? Hey, that girl looks like you."
	"Just what I needed. A copycat," the redhead 
sulked towards the telescopes, blinking as she noticed the 
short, redheaded girl with a knee-long pigtail...
	All of a sudden a blinding light of gold came upon the tower. 
Strangely enough, only six girls noticed it. Ranma, Ukyou and Akane 
gasped, joining the other redhead, a blue-haired girl and also a bespectacled
schoolgirl. All six of them managed to discern the image of a beautiful 
blonde princess inside the light.
	Without further warning, Ranma and the two others vanished. 
Shrugging, Hikaru, Umi and Fuu went on with their normal lives.
	"Yaaaaaah!" the girls found themselves falling at a disastrous 
speed towards a strange land. But they hadn't fallen too far when a gigantic 
flying fish caught them on its back. The girls bounced off slightly, then 
lung to the creature's back like glue.
	"Wha... what..." Ranma blinked.
	"What was that?" Akane looked around.
	"Something tells me we shouldn't be here..."  Ukyou noticed their 
surroundings. Wherever they were, it sure wasn't Tokyo anymore. It was an 
odd land, with magic filling the air. Floating mountains, deep oceans, 
raging volcanoes... What a strange place...
	The creature finally descended upon a cliff, letting them descend 
from it. Stepping back, they stared widely as the giant fish was suddenly 
pulled into the staff of a small boy.
	He was short, and his pale violet hair was nearly white. His face 
was rigid and stern, his eyes betrayed a deep wisdom and great age. His 
clothes were elegant yet odd, as if he had come out of a fantasy game. And 
on his forehead was a gold circlet, with a large blue horn protruding from it.
	"Welcome to Ce--"
	He was cut short as Akane suddenly grabbed him by the collar, 
"What is this place?" she demanded.
	"Calm down!" the boy wriggled until she released him, then 
stepped back and regained his posture, "What was the princess thinking? 
Summoning _them_ here!"
	"Where are we?" Ranma asked.
	The boy cleared his throat, "Welcome to Cephiro. I am the Guru 
Clef." He glanced seriously at them, "We've been expecting you, Magic 
Knights."
	"EEEEEHHHH?!?!?!"
	It was now that they noticed their own character designs. They 
were much slimmer now, with large eyelashes and glistening eyes. Almost 
as if they were being drawn by CLAMP.
	The trio joined in a single shout:
	"OH MY GOD! TAKAHASHI-SAMA! GET US OUT OF 
HERE!"
	And so, the legend of the Magic Knights of Cephiro was reborn...
	"TAKAHASHI-SAMA!!!"
	They shall awake the Majin, and restore Cephiro's peace...
	"TAKAHASHI-SAMAAAAAA!"
	Hikaru, Umi Fuu! Er, no, I mean, Ranma, Ukyou and Akane! The 
new Knights!
	"TAKAHASHI-SAAAAMAAAA!!!!"
