I had a 16 hour outage today.  Some jerk behind uunet decided to
ping flood me, and my roommate shut the connection down to fix it, instead
of telling me so I could block the route. 

	Of course, he was lazy because he had to work my shift, and fell
asleep before he could think about what he was doing.
