I posted this before...and didnt get much of a response...so i'll try it
again...




1. the charachter ideas MUST be anime/setai. No original charachters please.
When>i learn about what charachter you want to use...we will discuss what OCC

might be appropraite.

2.Once we have decided on charachters and what OCC/RCC they will be, I'll
take 5 to 10 charachter entries. Full Rifts format with
skills...stats...equ...stuff like that. Also i'll need a background to go
with the character. and please dont make him "god of the unknnown universe
that is so cool that even belldandy nor the overfiend can stand up to me"
kinda charachter. Follow occ/rcc things out of ANY of the rifts books. if
you wanna make a ryoko...use the phase world books. An immortal from the
"mermaid" series...use the mystic china books perhaps...BGC
charachters?...well..hehe...you do the occ...and if you have mecha
ideas...submit them to me and i'll ap[porve them.

4. These will be play by e-mail games. you will e-mail me privatly...with
actions...what you want to say...who you want to follow...etc.

5. After a set period of time...i will compile the happenings of the game
and either create part of a fan fic myself...or ask some of the players for
help. 

6. If you can find me on the irc...i usually go to the anime.terratron.com
server and am on the #ranma! channel either under the nick of Otaking or
OtaCAbbit

WEll...thats my idea folks...if you have no idea how to play rifts...and
would like to TRY OUT for a charachter...please be my guest. For vets of
RPG's...especally RIFTs...please be as detailed as you can about youre
charachters. If you afraid of something in the anime...you will logacally be
affraid of it in rifts...ESPECALLY if its some d-bee mosnter that resembles
the creature. If you have a curse....you have it here...if you have a talent
...you ahve it here. You follow me?. Make youre charachters as ACCURATE as
possible. Now i dont want any power charachters like the overfiend...people
who can pilot the SDF-1 by themselves...a belldandy who can control the
ultimate force at will...things like that^^ Just give me charachter's that
can fit into society somewhat normally
