Comment only: I think the notes were a bit obtrusive, and putting them at
(what I presume is) the bottom of every typed page made them even more
annoying.

A great way to start out!  Very cool, especially for a first fic!  I hope
your further stories keep the sense of absurdity, even if they get darker
or whatever.
