Unfortunately, I haven't been able to write a single page since
classes started in September -- hopefully i'll get a little more
in over the break.
It doesn't halt it, but it certainly makes it more difficult. In order
to write at school, it is necessary to consciously budget time for
writing - usually on the weekends, or during any quiet lulls in the
semester. It does go slower at school than at home, simply because of the
time factor involved. Right now, I have revisions to do for both Keiichi
Revisited and Circe Project that I probably won't get to for a day or
two, simply because I have a P-chem lab to do that will take me most of
the night. After that, sleep...maybe a scene for a certain project...who
knows.
Writing does have a serious benefit during school: It's an excellent
emotional release. Can you say "de-stress"?
And THIS, folks, is where many darkfics begin.
(and in Nightelf's case, GOOD darkfics.)
