Sorry to bother you but were exactly in Ranma 1/2 does it >say that the
spring of drowned man will cure Ranma? Did the characters >just figure it
out on their own or did someone tell them?

	Shampoo managed to bribe Ranma into going on a date with her by offering 
him "Instant Nanichuan" powder.  Ranma immediately realised that it could cure 
him, and it did for a little while (since the powder was a one shot mix.)
