    It's been a *LONG* time since I've read Carrie, but didn't something
happen with her body (or was that in the movie) coming out of the ground
or something like that? Or am I just flat out wrong? :)
    Also, I'm rather certain that Carrie alluded to another person gaining
TK after Carrie died. A similar situation to Carrie, I believe.

I haven't read the book in a few years, but I don't remember anything 
supernatural happening after Carrie died.  They probably added extra stuff 
to the movie, though.

This is such a wonderful parody of Carrie, I couldn't believe it!

I thought it was a good parody too, even if Halloween is not during prom 
season.  Besides, since Kasumi burned a lot more people and stuff than 
Carrie, I thought maybe it was supposed to be a _Firestarter_ parody as 
well.

    Well, Carrie started things on fire as well (like ALL DOWNTOWN!). She
just didn't "start fires", though, she caused other things to start fires.

_Firestarter_ is a different Stephen King novel about a little kid who has 
"pyrokinesis" (Greek for "moving fires" but in the story it's a fire-only 
version of TK).  It seemed like Kasumi was doing that too.

Though using pig blood might have given Ryouga some problems, ne? :)

Actually, he bleeds enough already.  All Ranma-chan would have to do is 
strip in front of him and then hold a bucket up to his face.
