And you succeeded beautifully.  A marvellous effort, to be sure! 
It's far to seldom that I see a fic that keeps all of the cast so
clearly in character as yours does.  You even managed to mesh two
(well, actually two and a half) series without clash or
awkwardness.  Very well done, and funny, too!  :)
