I didn't put many explainations why I gave the scores that score. I felt
uncaring in this.
MERMAID'S SCALES
by Chris Schumacher
*Grammar: 7 I don't know, there were some parts where I thought some of
the names were switched. (ie. Mana was used instead of Yuta) If that was
intentional, it should have been more clear on who was talking.
*Story: 8 only Mermaid's fanfic I've seen.
*Characters: 8 Not totally true to the orginal, I could see a little of
Chris's style in the characters.
*Overall: 8 It was pretty short I thought.
TAKE OFF YOUR CLOTHES PT8
by Mckinly Morganfield (Jeff)
*Grammar: 7
*Story: 8 pretty orginal
*Characters: 8
*Humour: 8
*Overall: 8 I like this story, it's short, just like this review.
THY INWARD LOVE PTS 7-10
by Richard Lawson
*Grammar: 8
*Story: 8 Yes, the same story we have read, thought, and wrote about
before.
*Characters: 9 Great development
*Drama: 7
*Overall: 9 It's not like Lawson needs another ego boost, but here it is.
It's great, TIL was the third that actually made me want to read more, and
luckily, there are more to read. The entire story was slow at first, but
the plot developed nicely. Great job.
PROJECT S-BOY PTS 4-6
by David K. Outram
*Grammar: 7
*Story: 8 In Japan, you do go to school on Saturday.
*Characters: 8
*Humor: 1
*Overall: 8 It wasn't fun as the previous chatpers, but I still liked it.
Not a bad fic. I'm wondering if part 7 is the last part.
LESSON IN LOVE PTS 1-2
by Marisa Price
*Grammar: 7 Some stuff and because you mixed in some script type dialouge
that could have been easily been prosed.
*Story: 7
*Characters: 7.5 I don't know. Something's not right here. Can't put my
finger on it . . .
*Overall: 7 simple just simple. Pretty fun too. Not much of anything to
give me the urge to read on. It was cliched on some parts, or I thought it
was cliched. I also think it went too fast.
FURINKAN SUMMER 4
by John Biles
*Grammar: 8 shouldn't it be, "ICH BIN EINE GRĂ·SSE
FEURENUNRUHIGENEISENHORNVOGEL!"?
*Story: 7
*Characters: 8
*Humor: 4
*Overall: 7 Well, this is not the best John Biles has ever done. Furinkan
Summer 1 was even better than this. The jokes were not funny, cliched, and
lame. This seemed like something Martin Bennet would write during his "fic
a week" postings a few weeks ago. It also didn't have the charm of the
first 3 parts of Furinkan Summer. On the good side, this was a enjoyable in
its own way.
