The problem is that the question was asked just before the FFML died. 
People (including myself) saw the question and didn't see an answer, so
they answered it.  It went off to the FFML computer, where it was stored
without being remailed.  Now that White Wolf's got the FFML working
again, the stored messages are slowly being delivered.  So *now* we see
that the question has been answered, but far too late for us to retract
our own answer.
