Subject: Christmas Break Strikes Again!

Well, I'm gone. At least, I will be by this Friday. Since I'm only getting
E-mail at College at the moment, and I'm sorta planning on staying at home over
the holidays, I will effectively be disappearing off the FFML for a while.

Well, I say that, but I'm not unsubscribing. I kinda like having to wade
through a backlog of messages.

Anyway, I should be working on my fanfics over Christmas, so I'll have
something to post when I get back. Actually, I'm currently working on a new
one at the moment (actually, I started it before "Boomers and Youmas", but I've
scrapped it and started writing it again after I got another idea). It's
called "Broken Pitfall", and it's a Ranma 1/2 fic.

Actually, I'll own up right now; I've started quite a number of fics, but
haven't finished a single one of them. However, although I kinda like being
prodded for stuff (it means someone wants them, that's for sure), I'm kinda
against the idea of being prodded for several fics at once, so I'm neglecting
to name them at the mo. Suffice to say, two is enough to keep me going over
the holidays.

I'd also like to thank those people who answered the questions I asked a few
weeks ago. I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to send a private E-mail to those
concerned, and I've lost the exact messages, but I still got a lot from the
answers that were given. That said, I've still only got eight ways to kill a
cat... so if anyone who remembers the original question thinks of any more good
ones, feel free to submit them. (BTW, Schroedinger's Cat, though listed as
Number 8, is in fact the final way to get rid of the cat. Sorry 'bout that - I
didn't exactly make myself clear, did I...)

Anyway, I'm gonna finish up right now and play Quake. I doubt if many of you
are going to get this E-mail; the FFML has seemed pretty quiet over the last
couple of days, and I'm willing to bet that it's fallen prey of Christmas Break
as well. If so, nevermind.

So, signing off with a big Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Ciao!

                                       Terence Fergusson
