The anime with the female mech with breast missiles (The mech is
named Aphrodite A) was Mazinger Z (aka Tranzer Z when it was dubbed and
shown in the States) 

And, of course, the mech is part of one of the funnier scenes in
The Great Anime Crossover from Hell.
