Legally, in Canada, 14 is the age of consent, so really, there's nothing wrong
with that. (from my point of view, anyways...:)

So?  Being a foreigner is no kind of excuse.

'Cept the age of consent in Japan (Tokyo Prefecture) is 13. Anyhow, it
isn't *that* relevant because some others have pointed out that he was
originally only 16.
